Had an outstanding experience with Junk Car Mafia. I live out of town and my daughter's car gave out in Knoxville. I contacted Vicki at Junk Car Mafia and she was very helpful and worked with me to navigate the complexities of my situation. They retrieved the car and allowed me time to mail the title to my daughter, who delivered it to them days later. They were kind and responsive to my many phone calls. I highly recommend!

I called Junk Car Mafia 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and by 1:30 p.m. they gave me a courtesy call and was picking up the truck. Was very professional paid me cash. And The vehicle was out of the driveway.

I don't see where all these negative reviews are from. Could be from competitors. I really don't know Reading them. I was kind of skeptical of contacting them but I'm glad I did.

Great place with great service. I live right down the street from them and I have to admit, when I first started seeing the hearse with Junk Car Mafia on the windshield around my neighborhood, I thought it was a joke. It would crack me up every time I saw it out and about, but jokes on all these other scrap car places, bc they are doing the damn thing. I love to see small business thrive after starting small with basically nothing. My vehicle broke down at a gas station, the busiest one and the one most frequented by cops on Rutledge Pike so I was afraid they would call Dan's to tow it. If you've ever dealt with Dans then you know how financially devasting that would have been for a single mom and full time student.( Its almost $500 just for them to hook up and drive it thru their gate.) A family friend called CJ and asked him to bring my truck home and even tho that's not really what they do, he had it picked up and brought to me for extremely cheap. I also called them a couple years later when the same vehicle had its last run and was towed by fountain City. They came right out and paid me for my truck and towed it out of their lot. Great place to do business. So what if they aren't all bubbly and run a little late sometimes, they are hard working grease monkeys that tend to be a little rough around the edges. What matters is that they do good fair business and won't screw you over.

Called them yesterday. Got a call back almost immediately. Gave a brief description of the car and got an offer. This morning, a tow truck was here to pick up the car, cash in hand. Driver was very professional and courteous. Totally recommend.

Fast, efficient, and responsive! A HUGE thank you to Junk Car Mafia for taking care of an old truck that was in my father's estate that was full of critters and couldn't run without thousands of dollars of work. They were able to meet me on my lunch break and had it hooked up and taken away in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
